Refunds and Returns

What do I do if my item is damaged, defective, or not what I was expecting?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Your satisfaction is important to us, so if there are any issues with your order, please contact us so we can do our best to make things right. You can see our full refund and returns policy here.

Do you offer item exchanges?

We do not offer the option to directly exchange one item for another after purchase. If you change your mind, please contact us to request a return, and place a separate order for the new item. Please see our full returns policy for more information.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Express shipping is available on most orders for an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After you place an order, we will endeavour to ship it as soon as possible. All orders are shipped with Australia Post, and you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days for standard shipping, or within 1-3 business days if you choose an express shipping option. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location. We'll do our best to keep you informed if there are any issues impacting shipping times.

Do you offer parcel tracking?

Yes! All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and you'll receive a tracking number once we've lodged your items. This means you can keep an eye on your delivery status at any time!

Do you have an express shipping option?

Yes. Express shipping is available on most orders for an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout. Express delivery generally occurs within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Can I ship to an overseas address?

We do not currently offer international shipping, meaning that all orders must be shipped to an Australian postal address. We apologise for any inconvenience, and hope to make this option available in future.
